To find organizing services, I compared four or five companies back and forth and summarized three very useful judgment tips.
1. See whether it asks about details
If it quotes a whole-home price right away, pass. Those who really do a lot of this will first ask you: which space is the most troublesome, how many people are in the household, and roughly how much stuff there is. The more detailed the questions, the more tailored the plan.
2. See whether the quote is broken down and explained
How many people, how many hours, who provides the storage boxes, how overtime is calculated - if they can explain it item by item, there will basically be no price increase later. If they only say, "Don't worry, this is the price," hold off for now.
3. See whether it dares to say what it does not do
Those who proactively tell you, "We do not clean glass or move large items," are actually more trustworthy. Teams that state their boundaries upfront also work more reliably.
By the way, before organizing, remember to put away IDs and jewelry. This is a small habit that is good for both sides.
